Quickies: Scott & Paris, Oscar for Crash?

Scott & Paris

The contrast of Scott Storch's invisible presence behind numerous hits and Paris Hilton's hit as a visible presence are quite striking.

Putting the two together, Storch is producing Paris Hilton's debut album.

But a big question for the gossip columns is whether or not Scott Storch and Paris Hilton became romantically as well as professional entwined during work on the album.

Oscar for Crash?

The popular movie Crash with Ludacris in a great supporting role may be up for an Oscar if the production company has its way.

Lionsgate has sent out 130,000 copies of the dvd to folks with Hollywood connections.

Though Crash received no play from the Golden Globes, hopes are high for an Oscar or two.
