H3 Expands To AC!; Company Signs HipHopSodaShop Development Deal for Atlantic City

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2005--H3Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: HTRE.PK) has announced the signing of a 12-store HipHopSodaShop Area Development Agreement for Atlantic City and vicinity with Forlenza & Associates, one of America's leading restaurant and hospitality industry specialists. Forlenza currently services many of the major hotel/casino chains in Atlantic City, and intends to utilize those connections for the immediate development of HipHopSodaShops within the hotels.

H3Enterprises recently signed a 30-store Area Development Deal for Las Vegas with Jackie Robinson, who also intends to utilize his wealth of contacts throughout the casino world to open units inside Vegas' biggest and most popular venues. H3Enterprises is the first publicly traded company dedicated to the Hip Hop lifestyle and community and is the owner, creator, licensor, and franchiser of HipHopSodaShops, H3D Apparel, H3Raps, H3WhiteTeaBeverages, H3CyberSports, H3's WorldSeries of CyberSports, Halls of HipHop, and H30 (hthreeonline.com).

Joseph Manzi of Forlenza said, "The HipHopSodaShops are a perfect fit for AC and Vegas, because it's the only fast food chain in existence where parents can leave their kids for hours on end, knowing the kids will be thoroughly entertained. We believe the SodaShops will do amazing sales on the Boardwalk as well. H3's CyberGaming, Merchandising, and Hip Hop related entertainment, along with a healthy and delicious selection of affordable foods and drinks, makes the SodaShops a dream come true for the casinos and a dream deal for our company.

H3's President and award-winning founder, Brian "H3" Peters, stated, "I am extremely pleased to welcome a company like Forlenza onto the H3 Team and feel supremely confident that they will not only do a great job with the HipHopSodaShops in Atlantic City, but will help our Company and our franchisees in many other ways. Their overall expertise and connections throughout the restaurant and hospitality industries should prove to be an invaluable asset for our operations. Atlantic City has become a real hot spot for Hip Hop with the planned opening of Jay-Z's 40/40 Club and the recent tremendous success of the Funkmaster Flex Car Show."
