Muze Strengthens Executive Team With Entertainment Information Services and Technology Veterans

William Caid, Lonnie Chenkin and Rob Lensman Bring Over 60 years of Combined Management, Sales and Technology Experience

NEW YORK, NY -- (Market Wire - Jul 20, 2005) - Muze Inc., the leading provider of entertainment information services, today announced it has appointed William Caid as Chief Information and Technology Officer, Lonnie Chenkin as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, and Rob Lensman as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales. On the heels of the acquisition by Enterprise Partners Venture Capital (EPVC) and the recent appointment of Bill Stensrud as CEO of Muze, the company is now poised to significantly expand its content coverage, product offerings and market reach.

Mr. Caid has over twenty-five years experience in creating new technologies and applications to further business opportunities. His most recent experience comes from his role as Vice President of Music Engineering at Yahoo! where he led all technical activities within the Yahoo! music engineering group. Prior to joining Yahoo!, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering and Internet at MusicMatch. During his tenure, the MusicMatch Jukebox received PC Magazine's "Best Music Jukebox" award five years in a row and the installed user base increased from 15 million to 40 million. His previous experience includes business development and management responsibilities at Aptex/eHNC Software and HNC Software.

For over twenty years, Mr. Chenkin has been a senior strategic and management executive operating within the entertainment industry. His most recent experience was as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Alliance Entertainment Corporation (AEC). In this role, he was responsible for all strategic initiatives of the company including AEC operating units, the All Media Guide, LLC (AMG) and Digital on Demand (DOD), Prior to joining AEC, Chenkin was Chief Operating Officer at Premier Sports & Entertainment Group, a full service entertainment, management, licensing and merchandising company. He was also part of the management team that led Paramount Pictures' expansion into home video, pay television, pay per view, and 1st run syndication.

Mr. Lensman is an eighteen-year veteran of the entertainment information services industry. His most recent experience was as Vice President of Sales at All Media Guide, LLC (AMG). He also served as Alliance Entertainment Corporation (AEC)'s Vice President of New Business Development, and Vice President of Consumer Direct Fulfillment (CDF) and E-Commerce Services.

Mr. Caid and Mr. Chenkin join Thomas Goldsworthy, Muze's Chief Operating Officer, on the management team. Before joining Muze in 1999, Mr. Goldsworthy worked in the financial industry where for fifteen years he held investment banking positions at J.P. Morgan Chase, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust. He was also an officer at a private equity investment firm and CFO of Robocast, Inc., an Internet software company.
