Gerard Spinks, writer, author, publisher, and entertainment executive announces purchase of Bubblelistic Music Management http://www.myspace.com/bubblelistic. The two companies will merge and complement one another in acquiring and releasing new talent to the hip hop and R&B market. Gerard Spinks is a member of the Spinks Boxing Clan where Cory Spinks has unified the Welterweight title.

Bubblelistic Management is an entertainment management company based out of Baltimore, Maryland and is headed by Ms. Roshanda Duncan. Ms. Duncan is an African-American entrepreneur and has made appearances on HBOs The Wire series as well as been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine Advertisements. She has been involved in the music business since she was 9 years old starting out as a musician and manages music artists in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, and New York areas.
